no 1920x1080 option with a 1920x1080 display

I cannot seem to set my res to 1920x1080 its just stuck at 1680x1050, doesnt even work in the config file and when I enter in the command r_mode 1920x1080 it says that this res is not listed. this is also a problem with cod4, mw2, and bo2 but i can fix it by setting the game to windowed full screen and if i dont do that its stuck at 640x480, just super odd.

probably should have mentioned this but my graphics card is an rtx 4060 with the driver version being 560.94
