No sound on T6 bo2

I downloaded T6 and im trying to play bo2, i can play the game but i have no sound at all, no even the menus. I saw something about trying to install directX but it says i allready have directX installed and it determines i dont need to install it again, any other solution?

Make sure that the game is using the right audio device.

Xerxes it is using the right one, i even tried with diferent devices
