Randomly changes window while playing

So basically randomly, like after 10 minutes of playing, i just get kicked from the game's screen back to windows as if u pressed windows then itll show your background and stuff
so then when i try to click on the game again to open the game's screen to play, it wont let me yet the sound continues to play. -
Script/mod whatever or software crashing the game
