No, no hay custom maps para black ops 2. Treyarch nunca lanzó herramientas oficiales de modding para ese juego.
Los custom maps (Que son poquisimos) que hay, solo son modificaciones de mapas ya existentes como buried por ejemplo. No hay alguna forma de crear custom maps
