Defaulting raw_input to off breaks gyro-aim for Steam Deck

Thanks for this change! Now I'm forced to either play with controller bindings and have my ass kicked in every public game with a worthless joystick-based gyro-camera through SteamAPI at best, or put up with a (now) stuttery and unresponsive cursor-camera because your implementation can't handle modern polling rates (500mhz). There was no problem with it defaulted to on, and now that it's forced off I may as well uninstall the game and close my account; which is exactly what I'll be doing.
