Cannot rebind console key in cfg file

i have a 60% keyboard and cant open my console, ive followed some other suggestion to change my plutonium_mp.cfg but it doesn't seem to work, i just want to type gts maxallocation 17 ; ( any other ways around this?

nevermind i used 100% of my brain like LUCY morgan freeman would be proud
fix: type onscreen keyboard, click bo2 hit the tilde key, type away and click the tilde key to close. glad i thought of this

You know you can just press ALT+TAB and use the external console, right?
