I am having this problem right now. Never experienced it in the past with BO1. I tried turning on Shader Warming and it kind of works.

It's an HP Pavilion x360 with an Intel Pentium Gold 7505 processor (2.00GHz), 12GB of RAM, and integrated Intel UHD Graphics.

xifeu That's the reason why. Integrated graphics aren't just cutting it.

xifeu Suspend any background running programs. Use low graphics.

I don't know why you're using that laptop for gaming as they weren't design for middle or high-end games. Usually very low game are fine like 2d games. Those type of laptop were usually designed for education, business, job, or just daily use of the web.

it was the only one i could afford at the time. bo2, waw and mw3 run fine in this laptop. Ive already put everything in low and bo1 still doesnt run properly.

Oh hi, my name is Aìsha, I'm having trouble limiting my fps in bo1 in the settings itself. I left it limited to 40 because my notebook is weak and I ended up discovering that my game is still running at 60 fps. Is there a command or something like that that I can use to limit my fps to 30 like in bo2?

same issue due bad optimization btw
i have a ryzen 7 3700u with vega 10 apu and it run so bad in low
stuttering and low framerate are the two principal issues i have.
                      in bo2, i have very stable 60fps, but in bo1 don't
