I can't open BO2 window

So the issue is that when i start plutonium the bootstrapper appears and all of that but when i click the bo2 window to open the game it only puts me in my desktop again

A friend of mine had the same thing happen to him and he solved it by selecting the folder again but if it doesn't work for you install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files
