Launcher Freezes Then closes

Whenever I open the launcher and press play, the loading circle comes up and loads for a few seconds. It then decides to freeze and after a second or two it just closes with NO ERROR. What shall I do? I reinstalled in a different location as well.

Lesgo Are you on win7? If yes, it's unsupported, upgrade to win10.
If no download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install the 2 vcredist's and directx.
