Stats Reset

Hello!
My stats in Black Ops (T5) Multiplayer get reset after so much progress.
The first time it happened was a while after unlocking the Commando. Yesterday, the game would suddenly freeze in the middle of a match, and I would have no choice but to close it, only to find today that it happened again after I had reached Level 44.
Edit: My custom classes remained the same but are inaccessible, and the freezing problem still persists.
