Dss0 I've the exactly same issue on IW5. I installed vcredist's and directx and it didn't change anything.

XEN oppped Pouguia Even tho it's the same issue pls create your own topic in the future.
Few things you could try:- Disable any overlays (for example msi afterburner or rivatuner)
- Disable your antivirus software or exclude the launcher from scanning
- Run the launcher as admin
- Sync your system time
- Use this tool and install all the runtimes (worked for some people who had broken redist installs, this tool fixed those): https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/
