Why is MW2 missing?
-
Not to mention HMW, which isn't exactly vanilla but still a great way to play.
DrSkum88 Yea H2M/HMW was a huge disappointment. I actually asked them to ban me from the discord cause the shit is ass. It was cool at first but once they started adding random shit from other games it was ruined. It was weird to because for the first month or so they swore that they would keep it vanilla and then they slowly started adding stuff. I loved Repz, have a lot of memories on that, although that wasn't exactly vanilla either.

If you want the "vanilla" version, you should either play on Steam or build a community to host a vanilla server.
You’re not going to find a true vanilla experience in any older CoD, and the client has nothing to do with that.
Server owners are the people you should reach out to if you want to request those kinds of changes. -

Yes, it is. Sadly, there aren’t that many people playing it. I wish it were more popular, like BO2.
The same thing happens with BO3 and other CoDs. -

It's the same thing with MW3 (2011). I tried to play it before I knew about Plutonium and the very first match a hacker hijacked the lobby and tried to send an infected packet and execute remote code but thankfully Bitdefender blocked it and closed the whole game before it could do anything. Plutonium doesn't have this issue so it's a real shame that the developers didn't bother to add MW1 and MW2. Every Call of Duty from Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare all the way up to Black Ops 3 are affected by the same vulnerability so it's a huge security risk to try and play the original games online in public lobbies.

LoneWolf-FIN there are other clients that exist, Plutonium isn't the only client for Call of Duty games
We don't have MW2 because MW2 already has clients, same for COD 4
