Unable to Connect to servers

i am unable to join any servers or even start private matches. i tried blocking firewall, allowing plutonium and iw5mp.exe and iw5mp.exe.servers to pass through it , i reinstalled plutonium and steam dedicated servers atleast 6 times each, used hotspot, even downloaded dodi repack and fitgirl repack files to see if they would work. but nothing is working, checked many videos and also read many forums on plutonium too nothing helps me, pls help me plutonium

Did you find a solution to this? I haven't been able to join any server as well for a few days now and this was the only post I found about this issue
