Progress not fully saving / uploadStats broken?

As of version r4839 progress doesn't seem to save as well as the previous version.
For reference I played two games in a row without disconnecting. During these games I unlocked a few camos. After game two however I disconnected from the particular server and changed classes and camo's, using the uploadStats command a few times during these changes. Afterwards I joined a server and disconnected after a kill, using the uploadStats one more time in the public match menu before closing the game entirely.
After closing the game and rebooting to check if my progress had saved it resorted back to the point in between the two games I had played. Call it an autosave if you will.
It seems like the uploadStats command is broken in r4839.
