Error al Descargar Actualizacion del launcher de Plutonium

Hola Buenas, Alguien me puede ayudar a solucionar el error que esta presentándome el instador de plutonium, al descargar actualizacion en el proceso final me sale

Is that windows 7? If yes, it's not supported. You need to upgrade to win10.
After upgrading to win10 if you're still getting the error, shift+right click in the folder bo2 is in, open powershell window here, type .\plutonium.exe -timeout 600

Paysa18 Because you don't have to do it in the new launcher, this is outdated. Make a new thread if you're facing issues.
