Tranzit Pack-a-punch always open when power is on

I have been looking for a script that allows the pap door to remain open upon turning power on. As far as I can tell Techno Ops Collection and BO2 Reimagined both have a similar script but I am unsure what exactly to remove from the mod for this one specific feature. I am not so much into a reimagining mod that overhauls the entire game/map, but more into the smaller individual quality of life improvements. If anyone has anything that would be greatly appreciated!
