Waiting for other players

The game loads fine, was previously working with no issues. Out of nowhere every single game (BO1, BO2, WAW) the app stops responding when I get the the waiting for other players part of the loading screen. Can't find any information on this, I'm new to the client so feel very out of my depth here, I just wanna play the game.....
