Can't join to the server [Zombie gamemode]

When I join to the server its loading and then game is crashing,I don't know why. I don't change anything in files. Also I can't verify my email, when I click on the link its saying "The connection to the website cannot be established". I try with classic match and again can't join to anyone

In both cases first make sure your game is in windowed borderless (not fullscreen) -

If both base game maps and custom maps make your game crash all the time in windowed borderless with clean files then I don't know
Maybe some program (overlay, antivirus etc) crashing the game
