Best FPS I can get?

So after making the game use by best GPU (Nvidia GTX 1050) the Game runs decently, my frames I usually get is around 20-30 and sometimes I get a very smooth 50-60 (most of the times 40) still not as good as it used to be before it went bad but eh, anyways what can I do to get high frames more so it’s not as choppy?

bro my graphic card was freakin 10 yo still run smooth. Turn your graphics down maybe
