How can I compile an .ipak file for Black Ops 2? I don't have the software for that. Can you help me?

Well, it turns out I wanted to completely modify the zombies interface, both the background image and removing the Black Ops 2 Zombies logo, the mist, the rotating planet, etc., something minimalist. After a good bit of research, I found the zm.ipak file in the folder where Plutonium opens the game to run it. What I did was unzip it and edit the . dds of the logo and all that, replacing them with completely transparent images, but despite having practically everything ready, in . iwi files again because that's what it requires, I don't have the . ipak file compiler to take all the original . iwi files from the game plus the modified ones and repackage them into . ipak to just replace them. I tried editing the . ipak by replacing the modified . iwi files, but I don't have the program to do that either. I searched for those programs high and low, the Wayback Machine, forums, blogs, nothing, but I can't find either the compiler or the editor, and Tom_BO2_ipak. exe of the tools provided in the Plutonium forum is only for extracting the files inside the .ipak, not for compiling or editing, if any of you have one of those two programs I would be immensely grateful if you could please share it with me.

The first image is from a modder I found on this forum who shared his .iwi for the background. I edited the second image myself but I couldn't clean up the interface like the modder did. -
Well, I solved the problem.
Solution: Direct Override by file hierarchy. Instead of modifying packaged files (.ipak), place personalized textures (.iwi) versions on the route: plutonium \ storage \ t6 \ raw \ ui \ images
The game engine prioritizes local routes without packaging if you find exact coincidences in the name and extension.
This prevents .ipak recompilation, reducing corruption or incompatibility and retains the base structure of the intact game, allowing to reverse the change just by erasing or moving the .iwi.
And well, that would be everything, I will share my mod in a .rar so that they can use a minimalist interface like this (I leave instructions in the .rar).
Thanks.

Well, I couldn't insert the .rar file into the conversation, so I created a .zip and uploaded it to Mega. Here's the link.:
