i get only a blackscreen and a red 0 when trying to play zombies

so basically every time i want to play zombies it will load up as normal but when getting into the game it just shows a black screen and i have basically tried everything from reinstalling the game, plutonium itself, windows doesn't detect it as a virus and i have no vpn or anything like that, all my files are legit and at this point it is seriously bugging me, i have a memory dump file of it in case anyone wants to view it as well
