Blue loading cursor death

Ive been playing plutonium for awhile now using the free version of bo2. Randomly today when i go to launch t6, it just gives me a blue loading cursor and it will be there for hours. The game never loads.. is there a fix to this?? ive tried re-downloading everything and i still cannot get it to work

Nordmeyer get your game files from steam, pirated copies are not supported or allowed.
