My black ops 2 does not launch!

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read me (if you do (and excuse my English which is probably very aproximative))
I recently installed the black ops 2 plutonium game with the luncher but when I want to launch it, it refuses. However the folder was selected and the button allows me to click on "play" but once done the luncher will close and nothing will start whether for the multiplayer or for the zombie, I hope you know m 'help. I sincerely thank you if you find the solution

@RazorM11OnYT Download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install the 2 vcredist's and directx.
