Lagging when not hosting in bo2 zombies custom games

The host will have single digit ping whilst everyone else has 150+. when joining a vanilla server everything is fine. Any fixes?

In custom games the connection of the host will always be low because they're the one hosting the lobby. The host experiences near-zero ping, while other players ping depends on the host's internet speed and location. This gives the host an unfair advantage. Say if you're hosting but you have terrible connection. Everyone else in your lobby will lag.
Dedicated servers on the other hand doesn't give you host advantage because all players connect to the neutral server.
