Will enabling cheats on zombies disable all progression?

I have been running through all the richtofen easter eggs on zombies, i completed them all including the super easter egg and realized that if i was going to do the maxis side i NEED to disable the fog for my own sanity, the issue is disabling fog is a cheat and needs cheats to be enabled. will this disable things like saving the bank, fridge, rank, and nav card progression? I already had issues with the nav cards even without cheats enabled and i am not entirely willing to have to do multiple easter eggs in one sitting to circumvent that due to something of my own doing (enabling cheats) lol.
