How to guarantee that stats are saved upon quitting

all my progress from yesterday got deleted, even though I used uploadStats and uploadProfile commands, this also happened the day before, and the day before that, but thankfully an autosave happened for those times.
is there any way of preventing this from happening? and the solution is not the unlockall command. -
all the progress of today got deleted too when I logged back in this is game ruining stuff
