Can't run call of the dead

Hey guys, I recently bought the dlc that includes call of the dead, but the map isnt working. Everytime i try to play it, the game freezes as soon as the opening cutscene ends or gets skipped. This is the first tim ive experienced this issue since I started running the game through plutonium and I haven't experienced it on any of the other zombies maps. Any ideas?

Dawson35 You could try reinstalling. Both Plutonium and Black Ops 1
