No audio with Plantronics Blackwire 3210 USB Headset

Hello, I have no audio in the game with my Plantronics Blackwire 3210 USB headset. I have already tried all standard fixes:
Set headset as Default Device AND Default Communication Device in Windows.
Disabled Exclusive Mode.
The device works fine in all other apps.
