my zombies games keep crashing

so whenever i start a game of zombies it lets me play for a bit but the second i shoot the game freezes and it says that the plutonium bootstrap isnt responding. at first it was saying im out of disk space but i have over 2T so i just knew it wasnt possible and then it said i was out of memory which i dont know how to reduce or fix but it hasnt said that since but it keeps freezing when i play and i just wanna play

I Have same problen when i try joing a any server
