My zombies cammos not working

So, I tried to put my custom zombie camos in C:\COD-BO-II-SteamRIP.com\Call of Duty Black Ops II\data\images, but it doesn't work.
Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong?I also tried creating a data folder in C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t6\data\images and copying the files there, but that didn’t work either.

WIN+R %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage T6 images <paste the file's in there should work did for me
