Random crashes while in a multiplayer server

Hello.
My game likes to crash at what seems to be random. I could be watching a killcam, running around, shooting or simply just looking at loadouts. The only pattern that I can notice is it's when I'm in a multiplayer game. The timeframe the crash will occur in can be anywhere from 5 seconds at the start of a game to around 15 minutes.
When I played about a year ago this never happened.
It should be noted that I am using the files from MW3 Dedicated Server for Plutonium and not the MW3 game if that could be an issue. I have a friend who uses the dedicated server files and has never crashed before.
Also I must type "vid_restart" in console every time I start Plutonium because the main menu is frozen initially while my mouse cursor is just the Windows normal arrow.Crash reference ID: 3cee010b-397b-489c-801a-230bd489f507

Things I've tried:
Closing all running AHK scripts
Closing MSI Afterburner
Closing OBS Studio
Disabling my second monitor in Windows and closing Apollo (a desktop streamer)Thanks.
