I'm having the same issue, I also tried everything, reinstalling the game, reinstalling plutonuim, launching through a .bat file to make the game offline/lan, I have my Windows defender real time protection disabled and excluded both plutonium folder and game folder. I tried changing the game directory, i even tried changing plutonium's directory. My windows' username is neither long or contains weird characters. Hell, I even went further to turn on/off TMP, secure boot but still, nothing worked. Please help me on this issue.
