Can't install plutonium

So i download plutonium and when i try to open "Plutonium.exe" nothing happens, they start a task on taskmanager then he closes
I tried fix this installing "dxwebsetup" and "VC_Redist.x86" and the plutonium.exe still dont open -
Does the updater exit after "fetching update info"? What antivirus do you use?

I don't use antivirus, the updater only do this

? The updater doesn't even pop up once? Try ending that task then launching it again. Also try deleting that updater and download it again http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe

nope, i tried ending the task and downloading again, the same, nothing happens
