Zombies Crash after <5min.

Hey all, some friends and myself have come across an issue when playing any of the zombie realism mods, after a few minutes of playing the game crashes and i am unsure why.

Currently running windows 11.
Graphics are set to low (As mod requested)
Running at 4:3 (suggested by another user)

Here are the exception codes and address':
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x0067450E

Any assistance would be amazing thanks.

(One of my mates is trying a VM on windows 10 to see if its a windows 11 issue)

Also i have the DMP file if need be.
