Stats got reseted (again) in BO1, dont know why..

i'm new to this forum but have been playing bo1 multiplayer for a month now.
When I reached level 40+ and logged back in, my stats went back to level 1 and all weapons got locked.I first thought that the game automatically does the prestige thing, but after playing again and reached level 12, it reseted again to level 1 !
Could someone or perhaps an Admin help me get my stuff back?
I enjoy playing the Game but i cant keep restarting and using the M16 xD -
