MOD DE ASIGNACIÓN DE TECLAS

Hola chicos buenas tardes. La intención de este post es para preguntar si se puede crear un mod en el que se puedan asignar unas teclas cómo por ejemplo: una tecla para quitar un perk, otra tecla para hacer aparecer un insta-kill. otra tecla para hacer aparecer 5 hellhounds a la vez. Si ya existe un mod similar les agradecería que me etiquetaran en ese post.
