Console opens and runs but game does not launch

Can someone help me
I have been able to play the game normally for years. I was just playing black ops 2 zombies yesterday night and got off. Now, when I try to launch multiplayer or zombies it opens up the console and gets to the point shown in the screenshot but just stays there, the game itself does not launch, I have reinstalled multiple times, deleted the content in AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t6/players to get pluto to reinstall it, restarted my computer, ran as admin etc and it wont launch, I'm at my wits end. All the other games black ops 1 mw3 waw work perfectly fine its just black ops 2 multiplayer and zombies
Only clue I have is that this may be related to VC_redistx84 (the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable) because I was downloading bentley microstation for work and it was making me delete other vc_redistx84 files I had before allowing me to reinstall it through its own installer. This problem happened right after I did that idk if it's related but thought i'd mention to narrow it down.
pleaseeeee if anyone can help I'd appreciate it I'm pulling my hair out.

I'm sorry I don't have a solution bro, but I want you to know I'm having this exact same problem. And for whatever reason, absolutely NOBODY has an answer yet. Either that or I'm just being ignored lol. Have you verified that the game works on steam without plutonium? Without the launcher the game works just fine, so it's a plutonium problem.
