Victis pap replacement Blue gem

This replaces the victis pap camo for a CS: GO-inspired blue gem. This isn't meant to be exact to the original, but I thought it looked alright. I always try to make the pap camo complement the gold, so that's why I have it applied to all my guns. I follow this method with all my pap camos, so please go check out the post below to find all the gold camos, as that dudes a legend.

I've taken two sets of screenshots, one with the textures I normally have applied and one with only the pap camo applied.
