game doesnt launch after clicking play

i set up the game and clicked play, the launcher froze and shut down.

Adobadobe Download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install the 2 vcredist's and directx.

also i tried to download piry again and it says virus detected. and this zip file says server problem

Adobadobe Yes you have dx12 but the launcher needs dx11 and the game dx9 or 10... having dx12 does not mean having the older versions, win10 for example does not come with dx9 out of the box.

i downloaded the things including DXD the same issue occurs i think i screwed up the setup process is it possible to perform a new clean reinstall of the game and start the setup again?

Adobadobe You could also try disabling your antivirus or excluding the launcher from scanning (google on how to do that). A clean install.. well sorta, the pluto files are in C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Plutonium, just delete that folder.
