Modded Maps Disappearing

When modded maps was released to bo1 plutonium nuketown was a zombies map and fast forward to present its not on the server list and i think this happened to other maps to but there should be a feature where u can download mods like the game has there own mod libary and u can search up and mod and download it if its not on the server list and be able to play it.
