Game not saving keeps reverting me back to level 11 when I launch Black Ops 2

I have tried every solution I've seen on here from playing a game and equipping new attachments to changing my settings and even typing "uploadStats" into config. No matter what when I close the game it puts me back at level 11 with none of my progress saving. The most frustrating thing about this is I have had to remake my emblem four times now with it being deleted ever time I boot back into the game. If anyone has a way to help me please let me know

Kept doing the same thing again and it worked this time when I changed my settings

this same bullcrap is happening to me, i equipped a calling card and made an emblem ... didnt save but when i re-opened the game it was there?, for some reason emblems just dont save at all so you cant swap between them or wtv, also my level hasnt saved considering im still lv 1

ExpiredClorox What helped me was changing a guns attachments in loadout and then going to settings and turning voicechat to the opposite of what it was before exiting the game through the main menu. Sorry you're struggling with the same issue hope this helps.
