I don’t think the SteelSeries software can get you banned, and in the case of OBS, if it’s not properly configured, it will only get you banned if you were recording.
I don’t know about Nvidia since I have an AMD GPU, but I haven’t had any issues so far.ChosenUndead I was not recording so I don't know what the issue could've been to get banned. The most
I did was type into the console FOV and FPS limits. I'm just going to close everything but discord and hope it works when playing when the ban is lifted. I honestly think the restart of my computer may have triggered something in the anti-cheat somehow. I don't know what happened. I played for like 2 hours. -

(I know you already explained but I thought a full detailed story would help, is fine if you don't remember since is been a week I'm assuming) I'm a new player, the fact that this happened is pretty embarrassing/weird on on pluto side imo, is also a good thing I won't even play yet since I don't have a proper set-up yet anyways.

So i was waiting for my buddy in the lobby menu for black ops 1 zombies. While I was waiting I thought the game crashed or my whole computer but it was an automatic restart for a windows update. When my computer restarted I reopened plutonium and tried to login. Once i put in my login info I was greeted with a 7 day ban for cheating. Like I said before I'm not sure why. I wasn't running obs or anything like that. I uninstalled obs now because others said that may have been an issue. My buddy I was waiting for has similar stuff running in the background like razer central, Nvidia settings, steam, discord, steel series. I doubt Microsoft teams would do anything. But that's my whole story. No matter I know I'll be assumed I was cheating. I'm even at the point of showing my files on my computer to prove my innocence.

knottynarwhal This is just sad, this is also one of the reasons why I have a rebellious personality, I remember during my high school a few years ago, I would get late to school, yes that's not an excuse for my tardiness, but I was still going to school anyways, and was always consistent on going to school, but the staff/harsher school wouldn't care and instead would always put me in ISS, it just shows that sometimes the system can be straight up disrespectful, harsh and ass, which is why if you ever seen the recent updates or news online, you'll be seeing people being furious with Roblox or YouTube wanting to fight against these greedy companies and terrible updates and changes, I hope you are doing well stranger
