Art Of War Camo Bug?

I've been playing bo2 through Plutonium for a few weeks now and I've decided to commit to getting the weapons gold legitimately. So far I've got every AR gold up until the SMR and onwards. I seem to be specifically having a problem with the Art of War camo. To obtain the Art of War camo you must get 150 kills without any perks equipped. Pretty simple. Yet when I play a game and drop 80 kills with no perks it still shows 0 kills out of 150 kills. At first I thought the SMR specifically was glitched so I tried moving on to different weapons. I was close to gold with the Five Seven so I completed all weapon challenges and again I'm stuck with 0/150 on the Art of War camo. I have tried restarting the game to no avail, then deleting bo2 entirely and redownloading again to no avail. Not too sure what to do at this point other than call it a bug and ask for help. Anyone experience the same thing or have a solution for me?
