Connecting to Game Lobby forever

Hey, I need some help. When my three friends and I try to play a private match on Black Ops 1 Zombies, two of them can join each other without any problems. But when I invite them, they get stuck on “connecting to game lobby” and never join. The same thing happens to me when they invite me. This issue only happens when they try to join me (or I try to join them), but the two of them can play together normally.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Have you had any luck since this post? Me and my housemate can't join one anothers lobbys because it can't join the lobby or it loads forever.
