Scoreboard.lua and other luas

As someone who has not much knowledge in lua but enough to read it and understand it, is it possible that these files can be modified as i want to make an enhanced spectateplayercard.lua to display playtime, k.d. and some other things on a whim of the spectated player. since these things are public in the career record, and we are making servers where we dont go back to the lobbies. I wanna do this to find cheaters and dissect real from not, if plutonium had a check for the players that have selected unlock all, that would be cool. I dont know if plutonium changes stats on unlock all, as i have been playing legitimately for nostalgic purposes.
