i found steam.api64.dll in bin folder of plutonium....
how does this work? i have steam version and it deleted it--should i throw this version in instead??

You ignore the ones from the Plutonium directory. If you want to restore game files, you verify integrity of game files on Steam. https://help.steampowered.com/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
