    Hello everyone,

I'm having persistent connection problems when trying to play T6 Zombies over LAN with another person on the same network (same router).

    Setup:

    PC 1 (Host/me): Connected via Wi-Fi 5G. Default port (4976).

PC 2 (Client/cousin): Connected via Ethernet. Custom port (4977).

The problem: We're experiencing "Connection interrupted" errors, which causes the Host PC (me) to freeze or crash, resulting in the Client PC (my cousin) completely disconnecting with a "Connection interrupted" message. It's worth noting that on the Host PC, the screen freezes indefinitely until I close the game directly through the Task Manager. Of course, this doesn't happen every time, but it occurs in 5 or 6 out of 10 matches. So far, it's happening on the Tranzid map; we haven't seriously tested it on other maps.

    Troubleshooting steps taken so far:

Port conflict resolution: I modified the plutonium_mp.cfg and plutonium_zm.cfg files on the client PC, adding seta net_port "4977". I verified via the console that the port is correctly set to 4977 (and the host PC is on 4976), so we are not on the same port.

Direct IP connection: We attempted to bypass online matchmaking by having the host start a game and the client use the command connect 192.168.x.x from the console.

Current result: When attempting to connect using a local IP address, the client immediately returns to the main menu. The console displays a list of red errors indicating that the variables are "protected against cheating" and ends with the unknown command resetCustomGametype.

Are there any server-specific settings or arguments we are missing to play stably on the same router? The client's NAT type is showing as "Moderate".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
