Banned for some reason

Yes i’ve read they dont do unbans but i’m not sure what caused it. My pc crashed right before and loaded up razer synapse before i hopped on plutonium so not sure if that had to do with it. I’m not an expert with pc stuff btw. Im unbanned in 7 days so i really hope whatever happened doesnt happen again but other than that i’ve never cheated or used external tools or wtv
