Black ops 2 Prestige issues

What's up guys, Im currently grinding my way to max prestige the old fashion way.. Throughout my journey ive discovered a few bugs. Im pretty sure nothing can be done about it in our end, but id like to get it out into the air.
Grinding for Gold camos for some reason while possible in the past, is not possible for now. Due to the Art of War camo not responding. I've played over 10 games on my DSR with no perks and yet zero kills have been registered, the same can be said for my PDW.
Permanente prestige unlocks do not register into the next prestige. Upon my first prestige I unlocked scavenger only for it to lock itself again once I reached to second prestige.
Please comment anything else I may have missed with your experiences on Black ops 2 and hopefully we can get an update that fixes these issues soon!
