Anybody knows how to play cod waw campaign on plutonium?

I have been wondering how to play cod waw sp on plutonium since I heard it's possible but I don't know how since I put sp.exe file on my T4 folder but single player option still hasn't appear? I own a legal copy of cod waw on steam.
